It seems that Donald Trump wants to go down in history as the last President of the United States.<\/h1>\n

Yesterday\u2019s spectacle, which he staged at the White House during his meeting with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, is one of the most striking examples of his destructive policies, which in no way enhance the reputation of the United States of America.<\/p>\n

After officially assuming the office of President of the United States, Donald Trump abruptly changed his rhetoric and openly sided with Russia and its President, Vladimir Putin. He consistently refers to him as a “good guy” with whom one can do business. At the same time, Trump speaks negatively about Ukraine and attempts to publicly humiliate its President, Volodymyr Zelenskyi.<\/p>\n

\"\"Yesterday, during the meeting between the Presidents of Ukraine and the United States in Washington, tensions reached their peak. Donald Trump and J.D. Vance clearly intended to insult and humiliate not only the President of Ukraine but also every Ukrainian. It was evident that Trump and Vance deliberately provoked Zelenskyi, attempting to unnerve him. They consistently avoided discussing substantive matters and instead focused on secondary and trivial issues. For example, they persistently questioned why Zelenskyi had not arrived at the meeting in a formal suit.<\/p>\n

When the President of Ukraine showed Donald Trump photographs of Ukrainian soldiers tortured by Russian forces, Trump\u2019s body language made it clear that he had little interest in the matter. Instead, he insisted on quickly concluding a commercial deal on rare earth metals. In this situation, Donald Trump behaved not as the leader of a democratic world power but as a corrupt businessman and opportunist seeking to exploit his counterpart\u2019s dire circumstances for maximum personal gain.<\/p>\n

Following the controversial meeting between Trump and Zelenskyi, the leaders of most democratic nations sided with the President of Ukraine rather than with Trump and the America he represents. The provocative actions of the current U.S. President have led to open discussions in Europe about the necessity of establishing independent security forces and distancing themselves from the United States.<\/p>\n

\"\"It should be noted that since taking office, Donald Trump has not only made provocative attacks against Ukraine but has also alienated Canada, Mexico, Panama, Palestine, China, and the European Union. His statements have done little to expand the United States’ circle of allies. The negative perception of the U.S. in the democratic world is further exacerbated by Trump\u2019s hostility toward Ukraine, a country that has become a victim of Russian military aggression.<\/p>\n

Why does Trump seek to rehabilitate Putin, who has destroyed the current international security system and, under international law, is a war criminal? It is now evident that Trump\u2019s rhetoric and actions are aimed at discrediting the U.S. and undermining America\u2019s global standing. What is his motive, and whose agenda is he following? Why is Donald Trump trying to restore Russia\u2019s status as one of the world\u2019s most influential powers?<\/p>\n

It is well known that the great Republican Ronald Reagan worked tirelessly to bring about the end of the “evil empire,” as the Soviet Union was called in the free world. It is also widely acknowledged that Russian President Vladimir Putin considers the collapse of the USSR to be the greatest mistake of the 20th century. Today, it is clear why Putin launched a war against Ukraine\u2014his sole objective is to restore the Soviet empire, and the U.S. is not standing in his way.<\/p>\n

Three years ago, U.S. President Joe Biden did little to force Russia to end this unjust and bloody war, for which he was criticised by Donald Trump during his election campaign. Now, with Trump back in power, U.S. policy towards Putin and Russia has not changed; in fact, it has become even more lenient than it was under the Democrats and Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

\"\"Why does Trump support Putin and help him correct the so-called “greatest mistake of the 20th century” by rebuilding the Soviet Union? Some experts suggest that Donald Trump was recruited by the KGB in the past and is now acting as a Russian agent of influence. While this theory exists, it remains highly questionable.<\/p>\n

In America, the Constitution and legal system are designed to prevent the usurpation of power and the establishment of dictatorship. The system of checks and balances ensures that institutions, rather than individuals, hold decisive authority. Therefore, the theory of Trump being a recruited KGB agent does not hold up to scrutiny.<\/p>\n

However, what we do see is that Donald Trump is openly working in Putin\u2019s interests, and no one in the United States seems able to stop him. It is symbolic that while the Republican Reagan once dismantled the “evil empire,” the Republican Trump is now trying to rebuild it.<\/p>\n

Why is this happening? It is difficult to give a definitive answer. What is clear, however, is that there are powerful political forces within the United States that are systematically weakening America while attempting to restore Putin\u2019s Russia to the ranks of the world’s most powerful and influential nations.<\/p>\n
