The agenda included topical issues, in particular, the role of Europe in the modern democratic world and the further political leadership of the United States of America as a result of the White House\u2019s new approaches to fulfilling its previously undertaken leadership responsibilities. The participants also discussed the threats posed by Russia to the democratic world, ways to ensure Ukraine\u2019s security during the Russian-Ukrainian war, Ukraine\u2019s role in establishing a European security system, approaches to assessing the fighting in the East of Ukraine, the ideological basis of information wars, environmental issues, the role of international peacekeepers in preventing hostilities, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/igp.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/ks1-9-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-9iwuBhXU\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-28990 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/igp.org.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/ks1-9-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\"><\/a>Well-known experts, representatives of both Ukrainian communities and those peoples who are currently enslaved by Russia and seek to get out from under its rule, were invited to participate in the roundtable. The recorded content of the speeches of those present at the roundtable, as well as those who joined the conversation via broadcast, is offered for review in this collection. Opening speech.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Yehor Cherniev. As long as the Russian Federation exists, the threat from the Russian Federation will exist.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Mahomed Toriyev. The Russian state is much weaker on the inside than on the outside.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Olivier V\u00e9drine. Europe is the only continent where one can talk about democracy. And Ukraine is the first country that is really fighting for it on the battlefield.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Mykhailo Melnykov. We need to use the experience gained during peacekeeping missions.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Anica Djami\u0107. Europe has no choice but to unite within Europe.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Taras Zahorodniy. Our security is first of all guaranteed exclusively by our weapons, and security guarantees are given only to those countries that are strong.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Vadym Skibitskyi. The role of our state in understanding and new approaches to the organization of the European security system is invaluable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Serhii Bulba. Russia is consistently destroying everything Belarusian with Lukashenko\u2019s hands.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Pavlo Zhovnirenko. The new structure of European security should not be exclusively European.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 15px;\">Serhii Chernov.
