\u00ab Il ne s’agit pas seulement d’affronter le Kremlin, il s’agit d’y mettre fin. C’est l’objectif et la seule voie possible, et cela n’est possible que par une strat\u00e9gie collective. \u00bb<\/h1>\n

Je suis l\u00e0 aujourd’hui, pour parler d’une v\u00e9ritable coop\u00e9ration constructive visant \u00e0 mettre fin \u00e0 la guerre en Ukraine et d\u00e9manteler le r\u00e9gime de Poutine. Le format d’aujourd’hui r\u00e9unit des experts russes, britanniques et ukrainiens. Ce format mixte est important car l’\u00e9valuation des experts ne peut \u00eatre unilat\u00e9rale, pas plus que la strat\u00e9gie. Pendant des ann\u00e9es, l’Occident a, \u00e0 juste titre, h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 agir. L’Europe a suivi les \u00c9tats-Unis, et ces derniers ont adopt\u00e9 une politique de non-intervention.<\/p>\n

Cependant, nous constatons qu’apr\u00e8s l’\u00e9lection de Donald Trump \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence des \u00c9tats-Unis, le contexte a radicalement chang\u00e9. L’Europe a pratiquement perdu son principal alli\u00e9, et nous devons repenser notre strat\u00e9gie et nos actions. Les tentatives pass\u00e9es de coop\u00e9ration avec la Russie \u00e9taient souvent politiques plut\u00f4t que pratiques, et cette divergence, je pense, a bloqu\u00e9 toute v\u00e9ritable coop\u00e9ration. Nous devons changer cela.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Les Russes qui ne per\u00e7oivent pas la guerre, disposent de nombreuses informations et de connaissances approfondies. L’essentiel est de les mettre en pratique en coop\u00e9ration avec l’Ukraine et l’Occident. Mais la perception de cette exp\u00e9rience pose probl\u00e8me. On recherche souvent un expert unique et universel, mais cela ne fonctionne pas ainsi. Il n’y a pas de solution miraculeuse, comme on dit, il n’y a pas de voix unique.<\/p>\n

Quant au r\u00e9gime autoritaire russe, il est complexe. La seule voie \u00e0 suivre est donc une expertise collective d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e. Chaque expert est une pi\u00e8ce du puzzle. Si quelqu’un pr\u00e9tend avoir toutes les r\u00e9ponses sur la Russie, il n’est probablement pas un expert de la Russie. Nous avons besoin d’informations multidimensionnelles, d’une compr\u00e9hension solide, et non d’un battage m\u00e9diatique superficiel.<\/p>\n

Et c’est l\u00e0 tout l’enjeu.<\/p>\n

Il ne s’agit pas seulement d’affronter le Kremlin, il s’agit d’y mettre fin. C’est l’objectif et la seule voie possible, et cela n’est possible que par une strat\u00e9gie collective. Le cha\u00eenon manquant a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 la confiance, la confiance entre l’Ukraine, l’Occident et les Russes oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 la guerre. Et cette confiance ne s’installe pas automatiquement, elle doit se construire. Elle se construit \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail commun. Il faut bien commencer quelque part. Chacun ici aujourd’hui en est la preuve.<\/p>\n

Cette table ronde existe parce qu’un certain niveau de confiance s’est d\u00e9j\u00e0 instaur\u00e9. Alors, faisons encore plus. Ne perdons pas de temps dans la m\u00e9fiance. Travaillons ensemble de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9ative et avan\u00e7ons vers des objectifs qui semblaient autrefois impossibles. Si nous y parvenons, m\u00eame les objectifs les plus ambitieux seront \u00e0 notre port\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
