We Are Ready to Talk to the Aggressor, and Not Just About ECOCIDE

In February 2022, the Russians launched a full-scale war against Ukraine

In February 2022, the Russians launched a full-scale war against Ukraine, killed hundreds of thousands of people, completely destroyed Ukrainian cities and villages, and wiped out all life wherever a Russian soldier set foot, but when the Armed Forces of Ukraine dealt significant blows to oil depots in Russian Tuapse, so that the Russians would have nothing to fuel their tanks, they began complaining that the Ukrainians had committed ECOCIDE.

The occupiers have apparently forgotten how they blew up the dam at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant, which had severe environmental consequences not only for Ukraine but also for all its immediate neighbors.

They have forgotten how they launched drone strikes on the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and seized the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant through an armed invasion, thereby exposing the entire world to the real threat of yet another nuclear disaster. For some reason, the Russians also remain modestly silent about the Ukrainian territories they have mined, as well as the poisoned rivers and hundreds of thousands of hectares of farmland, which, following the war they unleashed, will take decades to restore.

That is why we are ready to talk to the aggressor, and not just about ECOCIDE. The time will soon come when everyone will be held accountable for everything they did, or failed to do, even though they should have done it, and then everyone will be judged and given as they deserve.

Once the war is over, there will certainly be a tribunal where all war criminals will stand trial and be held personally accountable for ECOCIDE, GENOCIDE, and all other crimes against our people and humanity that they committed during this brutal and bloody war.
